1. Do you have a physical store where I can check out the goods?

Not at the moment, although we’re working on it! Right now you can buy Soul Cirkus apparel online, and at select stores and pop-up markets around the country. To find the closest store that stocks our products, reach out to us at +91 9886658534.

2. Do you offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?

We don’t right now, but we will be enabling COD payments in the near future. Sign up to our mailing list for updates.

4. What kind of fabrics do you use?

Depending on the style and collection, you can find Soul Cirkus apparel in viscose, cotton, silk, satin, denim, and linen. All our fabrics are sourced from sustainable sources and are designed to be breathable and easy on the skin.

5. Will the prints fade after several machine washes?

We only use ultra high quality digital prints for all our products, and none will fade as long as you use normal water without excessively harsh chemicals. However, some of our pieces are delicate, and may require special care (such as handwashing) – always read the attached fabric care instruction label before washing a Soul Cirkus product.

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped in 3 days. Estimated total delivery time is 7-10 business days for domestic deliveries and 15-18 working days for international deliveries.

7. Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

8. What are your shipping charges?

For domestic orders we charge a standard INR 88 per delivery. Shipping prices may vary for international orders.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a link and a tracking number via email, where you can see the live status of your delivery. 

10. What is your return policy?

We operate with a strict 7-day return policy. Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or in the case of shipping damage.

11. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on any of our products. In the case of shipping damage or incorrect sizing, we offer a 7-day return and exchange period.
